I am a PhD candidate in Mathematical Biology at The University of British Columbia, working with Eric Cytrynbaum. Previously, I worked with Matthew McTammany in biology at Bucknell University. I study mathematical models of physiological systems, and I enjoy sharing my passion for mathematics through teaching. When I’m not thinking about math or teaching, I’m reading, swimming or painting.
At UBC, I am associated with the Mathematics Department, the Institute of Applied Mathematics and the Mathematical Biology research group, as well as the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology.
